Group Supervision: Weaving Mastery and Ethics
Marhaba dear coaches.
I am launching my first of a kind group supervion using the 7-Eyed Model embroidered with a de-colonial and mystical needle.
During supervison, we will examine cases, explore systemic fields, and ensure your practice is both ethical and soulful. The focus is on professional mastery, ethical discernment & sustaining your spirit while serving others.
You are in the right place if you are ready to:
– Decolonize your practice—examining the invisible layers of disconnected systems you were trained to replicate.
– Embody somatic wisdom—learning the language of your nervous system as sacred territory.
– Hold systemic awareness—seeing yourself within the larger social, political, and spiritual field.
– Work with integrity—weaving ethical rigour with relational compassion.

Who This Practice Is For!
There is a real urgency in our times that requires us, as coaches, to co-create safe spaces for ourselves—places where we can show up exactly as we are, to regulate, relate then reason to do the deep work that supports both our clients and our own integrity. This group is designed to be exactly that space for you.
This group supervion is for you if you are:
- An Arabic-speaking coach living in the diaspora navigating identity, belonging, and the grief of colonialism.
- A coach who find themselves carrying the weight of collective trauma while holding space for others.
- A coach interested in decolonising approaches ready to stop fragmenting yourself to fit broken systems, and start weaving yourself back together.
We shall meet on the last Thrusday of every month for 2.5 hours starting on 30.04.2026 and ending on 27.11.2026 for this cycle of 8 months.
Our Meetings will be on zoom from 6-8:30 pm Jerusalem time (-2 GMT).
