Hello beautiful soul...
Every story begins somewhere in the body — in a land, a lineage, a wound that quietly became a calling. Mine began in Palestine. And everything I am, everything I offer, has been woven from that beginning — thread by thread, through grief and grace, into what you will find here.
My Story
A Tapestry of Liberation:
I am a guide and guardian of ancestral wisdom, weaving together a living tapestry of identities. My journey began in the heart of Palestine, born in Jerusalem and raised in Bethlehem, where my Christian Palestinian heritage became the bedrock of my spirit. My path for knowledge led me to Beirut, Lebanon, where I studied theology and met my husband, an Austrian pipe organ builder—together we have raised two wonderful sons who are now young adults, a testament to life’s beautiful synchronicities.
My academic and professional path has been a dedicated pilgrimage toward holistic healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am an accredited trauma-informed life coach, an NLP Practitioner, and a Coach Supervisor. Yet, the most profound catalyst has been spiritual and political: since the genocide in Gaza began in October 2023, my work has crystallised into an urgent, heartfelt mission.
This mission is to decolonize our healing practices and reconnect with our indigenous rituals, particularly the sacred wisdom of our matrimonial ancestors. I seek to eloquently embody and activate the feminine, matriarchal rituals silenced for generations. My work is a conscious invocation of a different paradigm. Through coaching, supervision, and sacred practice, I walk with others to reclaim the inherited wisdom of our bodies and our stories, weaving a future where healing is rooted, resonant, and truly our own.
Our biography becomes our biology
When my spiritual teacher Caroline Myss first gave language to this truth, something in me recognised it before my mind could fully grasp it. Because I had already lived it.
The stories we carry — about who we are, where we come from, what was done to us and what we survived — do not stay in the past. They settle into the body. They shape the nervous system. They become the invisible architecture of how we breathe, how we trust, how we love, and how we lead.
Growing up in Palestine, I inherited a story woven from displacement, faith, and the fierce, defiant love of a people who refused to be erased. That story lived in my body long before I had the frameworks to name it. My healing journey became an excavation — layer by layer, through somatic practice, spiritual inquiry, and the slow, sacred work of decolonizing my own nervous system — learning to distinguish between what was mine and what was inherited, between what was wound and what was wisdom.
What I discovered is this: the micro and the macro are always in conversation. Our inner landscape mirrors the outer world we inhabit — and when we do the courageous work of aligning the two, something profound shifts. We stop reacting from the past and begin responding from the present. We stop performing wholeness and begin embodying it.
Like an olive tree, I know my roots and I know where I stand. But I have learned that rootedness is not stillness — it is the very condition that allows us to grow, branch out, and reach toward the light. That innate divine code lives in you too. And this work is the invitation to uncover it, activate it, and align with it — fully, fiercely, and on your own terms.
